This home is elegantly appointed with flagstone floors and vaulted ceilings, with a rustic lodge-house ambiance. The perfect blend of peaceful Hawaiian living coupled with modern amenities, Cape 3 has a media room featuring a digital home theatre system with a large HDTV, Apple TV and a multi-room music player. Other amenities include a washer & dryer, complimentary WIFI access throughout the property and air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms & the media room. The main living area (living room, dining room & kitchen) has wall-length sliding glass doors that allow the gentle Hawaiian trade winds through – allowing for refreshing natural ventilation. The spacious gourmet kitchen is accented with Koa cabinets, granite countertops and commercial grade appliances. There is ample seating for meals and entertainment including two bar areas, an indoor formal dining room and a large outdoor patio set. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.

The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
