The home features a large, open floor plan that seamlessly connects the newly remodeled kitchen to the media and dining rooms, making this a perfect home for large groups who would like to cook, spend time together, and play together.
Niuiki Oasis features two master bedrooms with king beds, one large kids bedroom with bunk beds (two full beds and two twins), one room with two twin beds and four bathrooms. The large spacious pool deck and barbecue area comes equipped with sunbathing chairs, outdoor couches, and tables.
Take a 10 minute drive and you arrive at Hanauma Bay, (a world famous snorkeling spot), China Walls (beautiful look out toward Diamond Head), numerous hikes (Koko Head Stairs, Hanauma Rock), Koko Marina Shopping Center (Many restaurants, fun shops and movie theaters) and Costco. This is a very central location on the South East side, and in one of the most coveted neighborhoods on the island.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
