Two (2) additional guest rooms and shared bath are adjacent to a large, primary room with walk-in closet and ensuite bath – all with easy access to the pool and spa. Located on the northern side of Kailua Bay, the home is less than a mile to grocery stores and the restaurants of Aikahi Park Shopping Center and less than two miles to the center of Kailua Town that features Whole Foods Grocery and many local shops, beer gardens, wine bars and eateries.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.

The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.

The home was perfect for our family of 13. The location could not be any better. The children totally enjoyed the pool along with the adults and then the hot tub was a clincher after cooling in the pool. The very short walk to the beach was better then being on the beach it kept you from being salt coated while enjoying the relaxing patio. We had a couple of small issues upon arriving and the property manager Alia quickly took care of them even though it was the 4th of July week end. The welcome basket gave us an excellent sampling of the Island and was most appreciate. The beds were very comfortable along with comments by some on what nice pillows that were provided. The kitchen is, without a doubt totally equipped. I would highly recommend the place and if we go back would get it again.
