This privacy-gated, two-story beach/bayfront home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a swimming pool. It is located on reef-protected Maunalua Bay, between Diamond Head and Hanauma Bay, and is approximately 15 minutes from Waikiki and 25 minutes from the airport. The tastefully furnished home is done in a tropical motif with beautiful wood, woven rattan and bamboo with air conditioners in the great room and each bedrooms. This relaxing home comes equipped with all of the necessary amenities one could want such as TV/VCR, CD player, ceiling fans, and security system. The property has a large lava rock wall and solid gate on the street side along with the concrete and stucco exterior to help reduce noise levels and increase privacy.

Located less than two miles from Kahala Mall, which has a Whole Foods market, several restaurants, a theater, and numerous other shops. Golf, tennis and water sports activities are available within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.

The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
