The main level has 3B/2B with queen bed in master bedroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper for 2 and is air conditioned. Upstairs is a large 580sf guest suite, air conditioning, with a King Bed, another sofa sleeper for 2, bath, kitchenette and sitting area for TV, reading or games. This design offers couples and families privacy and flexibility.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen and family sized dining room. Living spaces open to pool and gardens. The house has that “Hawaiiana” feeling of bringing the outside in. The grounds of this elegant home will leave you dreaming of your next visit. We have provided a lei making basket complete with easy instructions and supplies; you are encouraged to pick flowers and string your own Hawaiian leis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.

The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
