The phenomenal outdoor space at Kahala Lani begins in the driveway, where large paver stones are laid atop the grassy front lawn, while the tropical plants and trees that border the space are a reminder that you have arrived in paradise. Off to the right of the yard you’ll find the dramatic entrance to the home. The lush tropical foliage behind the home ensures a private oasis, where you can splash in the pool or sunbathe in the poolside lounge chairs worry-free. Ample outdoor seating is provided for dining or lounging under the shade of the covered lanai, where you can devour a meal hot off the grill.

The vast front entry room, with its vaulted ceilings, Balinese-inspired decor, and comfortable seating area, immediately instills a feeling of tranquility. Tucked into the corner of the great room is the game area, with a pool table that converts into a ping pong table, lots of seating for spectators, and access to the outdoors. The king-size canopy bed in the master bedroom is flanked by glass sliders on either side of the room, with views of the pool just beyond your doors. A sectional just outside the en suite is an ideal spot to relax as you watch your friends and family enjoy the pool, or to make use of the flatscreen TV. The luxurious en suite consists of dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower, where you can gaze out at the greenery through the two sizable windows located there. The four guest bedrooms have beds ranging in size from a twin to a king. All of the remaining bathrooms are well-appointed and have beautifully tiled showers. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
