The entry way to ‘Blue Wave’ is lined with koi ponds and views to the ocean through the glass walls. Inside, guests enjoy inspiring furnishings and modern artwork that lends style and character to this home. Fully retractable pocket doors open the main living area to the pool and ocean for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen features granite counter tops, a chef’s stove, Wolf appliances and a nearby outdoor grill.
Guests will love the special themes of each bedroom. The Grand Master Suite faces the ocean and features its own indoor hot tub. It has a king size bed and a large private oceanfront office to keep up with work while you are away. The Grand Master Suite is decorated in calming ocean blues with a beautiful blown-glass chandelier for dreamy mood lighting. The huge master bathroom boasts a grand stone bathtub, a separate 2-person shower, an outdoor shower, two vanities and a walk-in closet.
The second master is called the ‘Island Room’ and is constructed in tropical woods and bamboo finishes. It has a 4-poster king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom or the ‘Modern Room’ has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom is the ‘Nippon Room’ done in a Japanese style. It also has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. There are tv’s in all bedrooms except the Nippon room and every room has outdoor access. Other bonus features of this unique property include a home theater that seats 12, a Meditation Room with an extensive library of books and a half-court basketball court in the front of the house.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
