The kitchen is one of our favorite rooms. There is a Breville espresso machine and two coffee makers, wine fridge, 2 beverage drawers, double freezer doors, Sub-Zero fridge, built-in microwave, convection range, Bosch dishwasher, and a ceramic glass Ceran cooktop. For those who enjoy cooking fresh food, the kitchen offers every type of small appliance along with a quality array of glassware, plate-ware, and service-ware. You are invited to make use of the Belgian waffle-maker, juicer, blender, toaster oven, mixer, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, spices/herbs and other conveniences supplied in H501. The alfresco covered ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill, padded cocktail seating, and a four to six person Brown Jordan outdoor dining set.
Ride your very own dedicated elevator up five stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. At this elevation, guests are privileged with unequaled panoramic views of Wailea Beach, the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resorts, and westward towards the open ocean. Floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience. This previously undiscovered vista is simply impossible to capture in photographs. Wailea Paradise Villa is located away from the family pool, hot tub spa and Fitness Center. For this reason, it is very quiet. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services.
A parking space in the garage is provided at no charge. Extra unmarked and complimentary parking stalls are available outside of the garage. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
