Home Disclosures

  • Pool is solar heated. Pool is 33’x13′ and depth is 4’6″ on ends with 5′ area in the middle.  There is no child safety fence option for around the pool area.  All children must be supervised by adult.
  • A/C in 4 bedrooms only.
  • This property has a seawall with no railing, and a steep 5 foot rock wall drop down to the ocean. You agree to exercise common sense, and carefully watch and instruct minor children at all times. Guests do have private stairs to gain access to ocean and beach below.
  • Renters do not have permission to use garage. Renters are allowed to park their cars between garage and gate in car port.
  • This property is oceanfront, not beachfront.

  • This property offers one rental per 30 day period. Booking dates may be limited in accordance with all applicable zoning laws.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.

The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
