The ultimate beach house located steps from famed Lanikai Beach, this coastal compound is perfect for extended families. Three separate dwellings are seamlessly integrated by a tropically landscaped courtyard that includes a covered entertainment area. Other amenities include: gourmet kitchen, whole house sound system, wifi, and central air throughout. This is a private house; no other home, tenant or caretaker is on this property. The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, please see below for a detailed description of the rooms.

Lanikai translates as “heavenly sea”, and is widely considered one of the most stunning beaches in Hawaii. Nestled between two bays, the warm aquamarine waters are idyllic for year round swimming, kayaking, and stand up paddle boarding. Once out of the water you can join in a beachside yoga class, or simply relax on the soft, white sand beach.

Lanikai is an exclusive neighborhood with a humble beach feel. Miles of bike lanes allow you to cruise through town to cafes, boutiques and our weekly farmers market, as well as Target and Whole foods. Other nearby activities include excellent hiking and numerous golf courses. The home is located close to highway access so is a convenient starting point for day trips. Waikiki is 16 miles away, the airport is 19 miles, and Pearl Harbor is 23 miles away.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.

The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
