Downstairs, sliding doors open the large living room and kitchen seamlessly to the outdoors and its ample lanai and swimming pool. The pool is ideal for lounging or swimming laps, and will be fantastic for your kids to splash and play with the array of water toys available. The expansive backyard invites you to play games or even practice your yoga asana in the morning (equipment provided). The covered lanai has ceiling fans and comfortably seats ten people. It also has a large gas barbeque for your al fresco meals, complementing the finely crafted kitchen with all amenities. The kitchen is also equipped with a beverage area to prepare your morning coffee, a cup of tea, or complimentary coffee from our Nespresso machine.
The garage has space for two cars with additional driveway space. Security is ensured by an alarm and security camera system. Quarterly treatments against critters ensure maximum cleanliness. High speed Wifi can be utilized throughout the property as well as a centrally located scanner/printer. Light housekeeping is provided once a week. Additional cleaning can be provided at an additional charge and with prior arrangement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
