Castaway Cove C201 is a second floor, corner end unit with a large outdoor covered veranda and extra windows on three sides of the C building. The C building is directly behind the A building and on the same level as the A building, so you do not walk up or down a slope to reach the beach. To reach the adult heated pool and Wailea Beach just stroll a few steps over to the A building and then you are at the adult heated pool. From there, it`s just a few more steps to the Wailea Beach access gate.
There is a partial ocean view from the covered veranda and the master bedroom. C201 Castaway Cove has 3 bedrooms (King in ocean view master, King in 2nd master, and 2 Twins or one King in the third bedroom), 3.5 bathrooms and more than 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.
We named C201 as Castaway Cove Villa because this second floor corner accommodation reminds us of an idyllic tropical hideaway. Here you can vacation just steps from the azure blue Pacific, surrounded by verdant gardens blooming with vibrant flowers that are framed by gently swaying palm trees. We took classic neutral elements such as polished white marble, earth-tone granite, and deep mahogany woods, then we blended them with colors of the sea and sky to create an enchanting tropical themed living space.
As you walk into the expansive great room, you`ll notice the large covered fresh-air patio that provides ample room for outdoor dining and lounging. To further enhance the natural living experience at Castaway Cove Villa, we placed fresh green live plants in an array of imported glazed ceramic pots. There are no fake or plastic plants and flowers in this luxury villa. Within the interior of C201 Castaway Cove, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Because this is a corner villa, there is plenty of natural sunshine. Since this villa is on the second floor, it stays cooler than villas on the top floors.
The electronics throughout C201 were recently upgraded. Using the HD DVR with HD subscription in the living room, you can record programs while at the beach or on the golf course. We also added HD digital cable boxes to all three of the bedrooms. Paired with HD televisions, you can now enjoy bona-fide HD television in all rooms at C201. We also added DVD/CD players and iPod docks to all rooms. To compliment the upgraded entertainment systems, we now subscribe to a complimentary Netflix account, so you may download movies for evening entertainment in all rooms! In the great room there is a large 75″ flat panel television. Other technology amenities in C201 include complimentary no-charge Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet service and a work desk stocked with office supply. Additional upscale details include quality furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
