Set atop the D building in a true penthouse top-floor corner setting, no other villa compares in terms of location, view, and the all-new super-stylish contemporary decor. Bella Luna is the perfect combination of modern living in the midst of tropical splendor, and one of the only villas decorated in a modern contemporary theme. Further, the top floor corner setting is higher than most other “Wailea Beach Villas” and offers the best ocean and coastal views without being set back too far from the beach.
All furnishings, art, small appliances, mattresses (Two King Beds and Two Queen Beds), bed and bath linens, and all household and kitchen supplies were recently installed. In decorating Bella Luna, we combined a splash of seasonal colors with a soothing spa-oriented palette of black, white, creme, chrome, pewter, silver, blue and gray.
Power binoculars on a tri-pod are provided for guests to make the best use of these front-row seats for seasonal whale watching. The expansive private terrace is decorated with dining and lounging furniture, along with your own Viking gas BBQ grill and bar fridge. The terrace is partially covered for all weather open-air dining. Another section of the terrace is open to the sky, for a prime view of glittering stars or for private tanning and sunning – without the need to go to the pool or beach. Sliding solid glass and screen doors smoothly retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. For cooling comfort, switch on the central air conditioning with individual room controls.
The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies including a Breville Die-Cast Cappuccino/Espresso maker, Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ice maker, two refrigerated beverage drawers, Gaggenau stainless steel five burner cook top, Thermador convection and microwave oven, Bosch electronic dishwasher, Wine fridge, and private outdoor terrace with Viking grill and rotisserie.
Out on the patio terrace is a set of all-new contemporary styled patio furniture. There is a dining table for six and a carpeted cocktail seating area with ottomans for four. There also are two reclining chaise lounges for sunning in “Your Own Private Paradise”. We also added electronic solar shades for afternoon use out on the patio terrace.
In the great room you will find an all-new imported European vanilla leather sofa, custom trendy shag-style area carpets, bar stools in chrome and black leather, a custom circular beveled edge clear glass indoor dining table that seats six, vanilla leather banquette chairs, glossy black antique lacquer Chinese cabinets, Capiz shell chandelier, original art, and fresh live green plants.
One of the exceptional improvements made to this villa is the stunningly beautiful new 55 inch Samsung Smart LED 3D HD television that can be viewed from anywhere in the great room and outdoors. The great room entertainment system also provides unlimited programming from Netflix that can be directly downloaded via the HD BluRay DVD player. Access the internet on the great room television via Samsung Smart Interaction, faster web browsing with dual core processing, and Samsung Active Full HD 3D. Further, the Bella Luna great room has an iPod dock, an iPad dock and keyboard, a wireless Apple keyboard for internet access via the television, a surround sound speaker system, HD DVR, Pandora Radio and much more!
Both of the master bedrooms now have 55 inch super thin Samsung LED HD televisions with HD digital cable boxes, iPod docks, and DVD players. The third bedroom is also equipped with a newer 55 inch flat panel Samsung 3D television, a 3D PS3, DVD player, iPod dock, and HD digital cable service.
In the ocean master we added new bedroom furniture, new side chair, new art, clear crystal lamps, and a 55 inch Samsung LED HD LCD TV with Blu-Ray CD/DVD and HD cable. In the second master bedroom, which is the largest of the two master suites, we added a grey velvet sofa and a grey velvet king Kluft brand mattress and bed set, mirrored side tables, clear crystal lamps, original high-end art work and more.
Radiant natural sunlight flows through all of the rooms via the floor to ceiling glass doors and abundant windows. At night while the stars shine overhead, brilliant moonbeams reflect off the ocean and bathe the villa in a romantic soft glow. The moonsets are as impressive as the sunsets at Bella Luna.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property is sold or rendered unfit for habitation as dictated by owner/property manager and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% – 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply.
The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
